International shipments: The US Postal Service will not insure International shipments except Global Express. You will receive a customs form number, if you product does not arrive you can check with your customs department to try and locate your product with this number. We do not make refunds on products that do not arrive to international destinations. Once the product leaves Bee A Star, you own the product. Your satisfaction is guaranteed We strive to give our customers the best possible customer service. Please feel free to email us if you have have any suggestions that will improve our customer service. Return Policy: Personalized books are non-returnable or non-refundable. If we make mistake in your book we will send you a new book at no cost (shipped free). If you made a mistake in your personalized information, we will make you a new book at 1/2 price plus shipping costs. Or you may return the book to be remade, you must pay shipping and enclose a check for $5.50 (return shipping costs $2.50, plus $3.00 for having your book re-made). All non-personalized products are guaranteed 100 percent. If you are not completely satisfied return your product within 30 days of receipt for exchange or full refund with the exception of. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be in new condition or we make no refund. |
