Baked Fresh Pumpkin

1 small pumpkin
2 tablespoons of apple cider
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of melted butter

Wash pumpkin well and place on a pie pan. 

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.  Remove from oven and cut a hole in the top of the pumpkin 3 to 4 inches in diameter. 

Scoop out the pulp and seeds.  Mix together the honey, cider and melted
butter.  Baste the mixture over the flesh of the pumpkin. 

Replace top, return to oven and bake 30 to 40 minutes more,
basting occasionally.

Cut into wedges and serve with leftover basting mixture.
